Important InformationWhen you request a booking, provided your dates and times are compatible with existing bookings we will provisionally book your dates and show this on the web site. We will confirm this in an email to you. If your email bounces, we will try to contact you in some other way. For this reason it is a good idea if you supply your snail mail address and a phone contact number. If we are unable to contact you, your booking will not be made. If your rental is more than 5 weeks away, you must then send a non-refundable deposit for the booking of 50% of the rental fee within a week of your request. One month before departure please send the rest of your rental and a refundable £100 (or €150) deposit for the key. You will then be sent the key and instructions for finding and using the apartment. This deposit will be returned when we receive the key after your stay and receive confirmation that there is no damage to the apartment. We arrange for the apartment to be cleaned between visits so we cannot always accept a booking even though the calendar might suggest a booking is possible if that would mean there is insufficient time between you arriving and the previous occupants leaving. In high season we keep strictly to a Saturday night change-over and we ask you to vacate the apartment by 6pm on the Saturday so that it can be cleaned for the next visitors. You should be able to occupy the apartment as early as 9pm on a Saturday evening. Clean bed linen and bathroom towels are provided every week. Beach towels are not provided. In the unlikely event of a problem, you can contact the resident caretaker, Paco. In the event of a dispute between us concerning your booking you agree that this contract is subject to Spanish Law and is justiciable exclusively in the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid in the province of Madrid, Spain. |
